REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Snifflee, we genuinely want you and your dog to feel happy with every purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and wellbeing of all pets, we cannot accept returns for:

  • used products
  • opened consumable items
  • damaged items caused by misuse
  • items returned without original packaging
  • clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and work toward the best possible solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was received
  • or the issue was caused by our error

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking confirmation.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe after being placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
